Wedding Catering Costs
Question about Catering for a Wedding Reception.?
Hello everyone I am getting married in 1 or 2 years. Does anyone know how much catering usually costs? Also if anyone has any appetizer or recipes that only take under an hour to make to make include those also. We plan to have your reception at a firehouse or vfw hall.
I want a buffet type dinner as a sit down dinner it way to expensive.
Call up your favorite restaurants and see what they are willing and able to do. They are much cheaper than wedding caterers and you would already know what the food is like. Plus they are willing to throw in things for free or next to nothing that a wedding caterer will nickel and dime you for.
Catering costs depend on your geographical area.
If you want appetizers, your best bet is to check out the frozen section at Costco since they are hearty, cheap and just have to be heated and served. You won’t have time or patience on the day of the wedding to cater your own food and you won’t want your family to work either since they should be able to enjoy the reception as the other guests are doing.
