How do I start my own baking catering company?
I want to be able to work with people for private parties, work events, things of that nature. But I am unsure how and where to start. Any advice would be great.
Do you have a baking degree? or an ACF certification? You also need to find out your local health regulations and set up a time for your kitchen to be inspencted. You can’t really just start catering for fun.. this is a business and it should be started like every business. You also noted baking specifically.. If you are doing catering, you should offer all foods and a variety of menus. There’s al ot that goes into it.. it’s not just like a potluck dinner.
