Budget is small…looking for southern or caribbean food.
I would also suggest approaching the local culinary schools (there are plenty in NYC) and your favorite restaurants to get a better deal. Unfortunately, in NYC nothing comes inexpensive so it may take some leg-work and negotiating but don’t be deterred.
